products from SRM to CCM

HI, ALL

while I do the case about the products in SRM transfer to CCM. (they are not one client) , I configured the XI according to the cook-book. then I run the repport BBP_CCM_TRANSFER_CATALOG in SRM by SE38. after running , the log show everything is OK. but , i cann't find the SRM catalog and datas in CCM. why?

Jesse,

Please make sure that XI connection is active and Service Users have valid accounts.

Hi,

Is there any XML message in the SXMB_MONI transaction ? Is there any item data in the payload section ?
