I have sucessfully configured service desk for my own landscape..now i want to cofigure for remote systems ..
please guide me how to configure for remote system .....

I have two separate clients(two diffrent comanies) in diffrent locations.But i want the support messages raised at client ,,in my solution manager...
Scenario:
company x:
company y:
company z:
i want company y and z support message in comany x solution manager..company x,y,z and exacltly diffrent companies..
