Sales scenario

Dear all ,

I need to provide solution to my client for following scenario in SAP .

My client receives electricity in bulk from reliance energy . They distrbute

the same to shops which are on rental in their space . Kept private

electicity meter . They generate the monthly bill for electricity charges ,

collect the payment and settle against electricity consumption account .

Same is applicable for water charges and telephonic charges .

Now my question is electricity charges are not their revenue . Then is it

logical to create sales order and billing document for this in sap .

Or is there any way to provide the solution in sap .

Client's requirement is to capture the process. They need electicity bill

generation from SAP .

Please provide me the standard SAP guideline for this :

Hi

As per my understanding of the scenario, the energy and water chanrges can be collected from the tenants as the same way the Rental amounts are mapped in the SAP system. Here the energy and water are variable.

If you want to map them in the SD process, think about using Service and Maintenance Contracts.
