Assortment module in value contract.

Hi friends,

I created an assortment module with module type 6 having two materials A and B,

I am trying to create a value contract with the above assortment module, it gives the following error "Material WKM1 is not defined for sales org.XXXX distr.chan.XX, language EN" . Do we have to give the material code in the contract ?" Please suggest.

Dear Krishnan,

As per your Message I came to know that the you are trying to create Contract through assortment module for the Material WKM1.

What is the sales area you are using to create contract in that sales area the material WKM1 is not available.

So you go to MM01 then extend the material WKM1 to that sales area then try.

Thanks for your prompt reply. But as I said I created the assortment module with material A and B. Don't know why the message is leading to material WKM1?

hi

just go for material change mode (MM02), on the top of the screen u can find "Additional Data" tab there u have to maintain Language EN and description and save it.

The materials have values as 'EN' .
