Dear SAP Experts,
Is it possible to summarize (e.g. amount, qty) on SMARTFORMS and Sapscript per page?
We would like to have a running total of the amounts and quantities shown on each page.
Your advice is highly appreciated.
Hi
1.In the case of smartforms, Double click on table painter then
go to Calculations tab.
2.Give the operation as total and give the fieldname, target fieldname and specify the time as afterloop r before loop(by clicking search help)
3.Then go to the footer in the table and check the checkbox at page break.
Then pagewise total will b printed.
This solves ur problem.
Plz kindly reward points for helpful information.

Hi,
Page wise totals can be done in both smartforms and scripts.
1) In case of smartforms, this would be done in smartforms itself and no need to touch the driver program.
2) In case of Scripts, this would be done in driver program only. If you want to do this in script, then by using perform and endperform statements, we can do this by creating a program in SE38.
thanks & regards

Hi,
This is for Smartform:
In the calculation tab of the table, Choose 'SUM' in the opreation column, then give respective field to be summed up in the field name, then give variable name in the field name which ll hold the summed value, and also specify at which time u need to start this calculation, say after loop or before loop.
Print this variable which holds the summed value in the footer of the table.
And also dont forget to enable the 'at page break' option for the footer in the event tab of the table.
Regards,
Prabhu
