BPM waits when crm system is locked.

hi gurus,

in our project pi is communicating with crm. when crm is locked , bpm waits for the processing.what is the solution proposed , please give your inputs ,its urgent.

U can use a Deadline branch in BPM which can send any custome message whenever for certain amount of time no message is retrieved

U may also throw an alert accordingly
