Any one can tell me How we will treat the cost of the good , that was given as FREE.

This was an INT Que for me.

How we Will treat the cost of the Free Good that given as Free, What Will Happen to its Cost?

This was the exact INT Que

It should also post to a specific G/L account for Free Goods. For Profitability it should go to Operating Costs

As free goods are given to customers, and for our purpose we need to maintain the cost also so, in copy controls in VTFL , check the cumulative cost automatically in billing the amount will be transferred to the main item .,provided maintain NRAB or R100 condition types

in your pricing procedure

hi,

the cost of the free good is transferrred to the main item. The free item was given because of purchasing certain quantity of a main item which was charged. You can check this at the config level from Delivery to Billing copy control VTFL where at the item level of Main item you will see a check box cummulate cost. If it is ticked then the cost of free good is transferred to main item. The same is also used in case of BOM.
