We just upgraded from SRM 4.0 to SRM 5.0 and the user detail tab for a user is now blank.
Thanks,
Nancy
Hi. SAP have just phoned me, they basically said that it works this way now and that is that.
They said I should raise a development request if we want it back the way it was.
Magic.

Dave.

Hi Dave,
Thanks for the very helpful information. Point were rewarded.
I also wanted to share with you this bit of information. I have
an onsite consultant who took a look at the code and actually found the problem. We made the code change and now the user details are displaying. I will issues a SAP customer message to see if SAP can make this correction as well.
The problem is in program LBBP_OM_DIALOGF50. In that program, the ENDIF that is at line 105 should be at line 97 before the call of function BBPU_DISPLAY_ALL_USER_DATA. The way the code is now, this function is never called so the user details are never filled.
Thanks,
Nancy
Hi. I asked SAP about this and here is the reponse:
"Thanks very much for the screenshots. The problem you have reported is
not an error and is the standard bahaviour in SRM 5.0.
In SRM 5.0 if you look for the Users by expanding from Org. structure
you can not see the US object as separate node as seen in SRM 4.0.
If you look at the org. structure, all the objects BP (under Business
Partner column) and US (under UserID column) can be seen in single line
along with CP.
However, this US node will be visible if you search for the user
in PPOMA_BBP using "User" -> "Search Term". This is the new behaviour
in SRM 5.0 and your system is functioning perfectly. Hope, this
clarifies your query."
I have asked them why they have taken a massive step backwards and will let you know if I get any sort of response.
Regards,
Dave.
