Error with SLD

Dear Experts,

when I am calling ctc installer (template installer) with /nwa , i become the following error message and the install dont start.

"Validation Error: Test SLD connection:It was not possible to test the

SLD system (SLD_HOST) with the user (SLD_ADMIN) and its password given

in the property sheet. Please verify and retype the values in the

corresponding fields. You can also go to visual administrator -> "SID" -> Server xx -> Services -> Configuration adaptor -> CTC ->

Propertysheet SystemProperties, make sure that the parameters related

to SLD are correctly typed and rerun the template."

but in the visual administrator the parameters are correct.

what can be the reason herefore? maybe the password for this slddsuser??

Hi,

Loginto ur visual admin

server>services>sld data provider

the select the cim client test,here you have to provide the neccessary details and the user "slddsuser" and its password should be used. Save it and test the connection if the connection test is successfull then i hope your problem will be resloved.
