Solution Manager Database

Hi,

1.Does anyone have a concise guide on how a User can use Solution Database?

2.Does anyone have a concise guide on how to Administer / Configure the Solution Database?

All I can find is cryptic clues on how to work with this and the SAP Help is not worth reading !

Hi Clive,

In case you haven't tried this source so far, please give it a chance:

http://service.sap.com/rkt-solman

In the screen that comes up, please choose Solution Manager 4.0 under the section Available OKPs

Then, from the section on right side [Select Your Learning Map], please choose Customer Support Organization (e.g.CCC)

Under the section Update Your Core Competence - Must Know Open/Close the Service Desk subject.
