Planned Independent Requirements for multiple materials

Former Member

Hi

To display Planned Independent requirements in transaction MD63, I have to enter one material at a time.

Is there any report where I can enter multiple materials at the same time to see their Planned

independent requirements in a single report/screen?

I do not want to use Product Group.

Sincerely,

Ketan

You can use Requirements Plan number. Enter a plan number here and then proceed. You will be abl to enter for different materials and also view them in a single screen.

Ram,

What is a requirements plan number? When I enter any number say '1' as the requirements plan number,

I get the error: "No requirements were found which correspond to the selection criteria.".

Can you please help me out?

Sincerely,

Hi KETAN,

Requirement paln no. is key Key which can be given to create and to identify one or more planned independent requirements.

Go to md61, click the radio button for req plan number. Give some number say as 100 and press enter and then continue.

Hi,

1. Go to Transaction code MD79

2. Give the Following details

Plant

Version : The respective PIR version

Requirement date:

3. This will allow you to select all the PIR in the respective plant and as per the selection condition

4.Then hit the execute button

5.You will get a pop up as

EXPORT LIST OBJECT TO XXL

6.And in this by can selec the TABLE

7.Then You get a Popup for Microsoft excel

Now save this sheet ...this will display you the the PIR in the whole plant

This is the only standard report available...for the PIR display..

Kindly let us know if this information was useful and solved your problem..
