Hi there,
Some users are printing sales orders correctly, but the same sales order is printed per another user and the logo (image) of the company is printed inverted.
Somebody knows how to solve it?

I solved this problem updating the printer firmware.
i guess u r using front-end priniting
the problem is with the drivers of the printers installed in the front-end system. check them out.
