HR: PV15 User exit

Hi abapers,

I need to modify the TCODE pv15 but the user dont give me the user exit of this TCODE, anybody knows what user exit use this transaction(PV15)??

Maybe I´ll need user exit of qualification transfer

Can u help me plz?
