Cancellation of Goods Receipt when UD is applied to a batch

Hi,

Can you tell me if it is possible to cancel a goods receipt of a batch whose associated inspection lot already has a usage decision applied.

Hi,

Thanks for the replies. I have tried reversing the GR for the original purchasing document but I receive a message

"Deficit of BA Stck.in qual.insp 500.00 KG : 30810 .....". I think the issue is a little more complex as the stock associated with the inspection lot has now been posted to 'unrestricted stock', so do I have to reverse the stock posting from QI to unrestricted before I can reverse the original GR.

while reversing the PO you have to use the Stock in storage location where you have posted using usage decision

suppose you have posted the material to unrestricted using UD then while reversing the PO you have to select the stock in unrestricted use only

Hi,

When you do 102 mvmt , you need to select stock type indicator as Unrestricted stock (stock type to which goods were originally posted) instead of Quality stock.

i think it is possible ,first see whether the stock is in blocked or unrestricted stock.

use T code MIGO specify the MVT type as 102 save it then cancel the inspection lot
