Any program for pending OCS

Dear guru's

I have a scenario ..for this i need a report...

Suppose if there are 4 line items in a sales order, In those if one item is not available in stock, then the delivery for the sales order will be pending .

The sales order's which are pending for 7 or more than 7 days should be picked in the report along with the material which is not available in stock.

Hi

As per my knowledge you should go for a custom report. Consult your Abaper to prepare a report with the logic..

1. List all those sales documents with SD doc category 'C' which have status -

---

(not closed orders) accessing the Header Status table VBUK

2. List all the line Items from the selected orders and using the table VBUP (item status) filter all closed line items.

Then if you want to close those items automatically, with the help of BDC Reason for Rejection can be assigned item by item.
