Go back in display mode after save...

Hi,

I would like to know whether it is possible to go back in display mode in a ticket (whatever the type, SLFN, SDMJ,...) after save. Perhaps this is possible through customizing (sincerely i doubt it) or through a BadI...

i thnk you want to check the ticket which you have posted via help menu option

goto CRM_DNO_MONITOR tcode and execute the same

you wil all the tickets based upon the criteria which you have provided on the initial screen of it.

now select the ticket & click it you want to see and then can display the same.
