start profile is not imported in to sap level via trx codeRZ10

HI Gurus,

We got a problem while importing the profiles in to sap level as apart of post installation step.The start profile is not getting imported at sap level,but it is well present at os level.

Please help me its urgent.

Go to rz10 --> Utilities --> import profiles --> Of active servers. Regards.
