An error occurred in Accounting

Former Member

Hi All,

We've performed the accounting integration for cProjects 4.0 with R/3 4.6C and it is working well.

However, on opening a project, we face the following warning:

An error occurred in Accounting (system G46590).

But on executing COCPCPR, I do not see any error or warning message.

Any suggestions on why this message?

Regards,

Vivek Pandey

It was a trivial error due to settlement rules of the internal order.

An old rule was deleted which was used earlier for postings.

Hi Vivek,

what controlling scenario are you using? I guess you know that Multi-Level-Controlling is not possible with 4.6C...

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for your response. Yes, we're not using that.

We're creating Internal Orders at Project level, automatically.

Everything is working fine, but still we're getting this warning message everytime we open the project.

Please suggest if anything can be done.

Hi Vivek,

May be this is for earlier project created using some wrong config...

I suggest you to create a new project and check back..

May be you can use controlling cockpit to see all earlier projects and find out which project is giving you error..
