hey i have one requirement that i created one table in smartform in that last coloumn containing status in that i have to color according to data,

for example in first colomn i have previous year sales volume

and second coloumn i have this year sales volume .

in thied i have status .

now the problem is , if current year sales volume not reaches the previous years sales volume. in that case in status column it will show red colour, if it meets it should show green green colour,

can any body help me to do this,

Hi,

Create two text element under that column and ve a condtion on both of the condition tab either prv year > ths year or ths year > prv year.

According to the condtion, in output option tab of the text element give the appropriate color in the shading box.

create two paragraph formats in the smart styles..

just do like....

one with color red,

another with color green,

then go to last column in the window,

create text1 -

---

>

click on text editor -

---

>

select -

---

> insert ---> Character ---> Sap Symbols...

select radio button type ---> <698>

maintain paragraph format for that... p1 --->red

do same as for text ---> p2 --- > Green

make two text as conditional....

one for red...

another for green...

it will work...
