IDOCS not reached XI

Hi Experts,

I am sending a file from R/3 system to MDM. In WE02 IDOC is posted and i m getting a green signal but i m unable to see the IDOC entry in sxmb_moni.

I have checked in sm58 and there are no errors in that.

How about your partner profiles did you maintained outbound and inbound

parameters both sides..

All the parameters in configuration are correct bacause i have used it earlier too and it wad worked fine. Today only i m getting this error that the entry is missing from the sxmb_moni. Also ,in adapter monitoring,i m getting this error:

"Error occurred while connecting to the FTP server "psimdm:21": java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect".

Are both the problems related?

check final status of IDoc in SM58 in the R/3 side. There is error messages if your IDoc not reaches destination ( XI )

Check the RFCDestination,Port IDX1 & Meta Data - IDX2 in SAP XI system.

Hi,

Check the Queues SMQ1(Outbound), SMQ2(Inbound).

If the queues are strucking , That IDOC are not reach.

Hi,

The possible checkes are

1) check in sm58 of SAP R/3 side

2) Check in SMQ1 of SAP R/3 side

3) Check in SMQ2 of SAP Xi side

4) Check in IDX5 of XI side

There are no entries for the IDOC in the inbound and the outbound queue so it means the IDOC isnt stuck in the queue..And the msg is there in IDX5 with the chequered black and white flag.But still ther are no entries in sxmb_moni.

You have to check IDX5 of XI system.If IDOC is presented there,yuor message reached to XI.If you click on that message it will go to MONI entries.

Pls check if ur adapter activated or not

and Check the adapter Status in RWB, u find out the error.
