Forward Message to 3rd Party Help Desk

Hi,

I am trying to send data to a third party system (XI in this case). I am a first timer in Solution manager and know nothing. Any ideas will help. I have found an action profile called 'SLFN0001_ADVANCED_SEND_THIRD', where do setup the configuration so that the system knows where to send the data? I see that method 'PASS_ICT_PROPOSE_SOL_TO_THIRD' is being used.

Hi, you can create an Action that calls the implementation of a BADI which execute a RFC enabled Function Module to send data to XI. So you can customize using Conditions that this particular Action will executed in some part of the lifecycle of the message.
