Inspection for every 10th piece or lot

Hi Experts

We have good supplier and good manufacturing processes at the client site.

They do not want to inspect every other piece,

They want to inspection every 10th piece or lot for purchased parts and also for produced materials in shop floor.

Pls advise in detail how this can be done.

Hi Gaurav,

Please use Dynamic Modification Rule for purchased lot

Use Inspection Point for Production process. The Inspection Point should be quantity based for every 10 pieces

Hi,

create Dyanamic modification rule as per your requirement for skipping of the desired lots. Assign the DMR in the inspection plan.

hope this will suffice your requirement.
