Requirements to use SAPGUI 7.10 and SAP Portal??

Hi,

I need to find what is the requirements that the users suppouse to have to use SAPGUI 7.10, the bussiness explorer that the SAPGUI have in the installation package, for example what memory(RAM) need the Desktop machine of the user, CPU, what Adobe version, Java version, Microsoft Office to use the portal (EPP6) and that things....

Hello Carlos,

You need system with at least 1/2 GB RAM, 120 GB HDD,

Java version - 1.4.2_12 is required.

Adobe - 7

Hi Carlos,

User machines must be decent workstations with configuration like atleast 1GB RAM, P4 2GHz and above and about 100GB HDD.

You'll need J2SDK and JRE as well. Microsoft office is required when the users want to extract something, like into a excel sheet.

For Business Explorer 7, you will need latest .Net patches for BI users to work properly.
