What is the table behind RZ20?

I am looking to locate all the RZ20 alerts with 'Severity of alerts to be triggered' = 105

I do not think there is a report for this.

Does anyone know the table that RZ20 and I'll try write my own query.

If you want to know from which tables a certain transaction reads the information, a SQL trace via transaction ST05 is often useful. Just activate it and trace your RZ20 activities - then you see the accessed tables (like ALMONISETS in case of RZ20).
