Layers usage: tab order

Hi everybody

I'm on EP7.0 SP14 patch 1

I often use layers in my iviews with navigation control = 'tab strip'

However the order in which tabs are arranged at runtime is inappropriate.

It probably resembles the order in which the layers were created.

How can I specify an order for tabs?

Hi Vincenzo,

Right click on one of the layers and choose configure element from the context menu.

In the bottom of the configure pane, you will see a list of your layers. mark the wanted layer and use the arrow buttons to place it it the desired order.

I know we had problems with this issue before and I don't remember in which version it was fixed, however I re-checked this on SP14 patch with flex2 and it works.

I'm sure it should work but in my model things are a bit weird, several layers have been assigned even the same number...

I assume it's a bug, however this would have solved the problem.
