Dear all,
Please help me on how to delete the initial forecast from SNP.
I could not able to delete from planning book or Process Requirements ( /SAPAPO/RRP1) or Delete transactions.
The forecast was transfered from APO DP to ECC6 and then subsequently transfered to APO SNP through CIF.
Thanks in advance.

No I am trrying to delete. But it is not getting deleted from the following transaction codes.
/SAPAPO/RLCDEL
/SAPAPO/RRP3
/SAPAPO/RRP1
/SAPAPO/MD74
/SAPAPO/SDP94 - forecast field is not active to remove the forecast.
Can you suggest what could be the reason.

There is one more thing you can try. Not sure if the forecast key figure has edit capability. If not, then create a copy of the dataview and make the key figure editable.
There is an icon on the shuffler called Period Structure Settings. Use that to roll back the time period by say one year. Once you do the forecasts in the inital bucket will show up in the editable horizon ready to be deleted.
use a planning book in DP with the monthly buckets that you want to delete forcasts for
make sure there is 0 forecast(or any KF) in those buckets
release to SNP from that book using /SAPAPO/MC90 (dont use the add option)
this should wipe out your existing forecast if you manage to release with same date and time as on the existing forecast
Use transaction /sapapo/rlcdel for deletion of initial forecast.
If you want to take care of forecast consumptions or otherwise, you make use /sapapo/md74
