Hi Manu,

Lean WM - Warehousing structure that makes it possible to use transfer orders as pick orders even in warehouses with a simple structure. Without managing storage bins in WM, you can use the Lean-WM function to create transfer orders for deliveries (not for goods receipts or goods issues). For this activity, no bin data and no stock is updated at the storage bin level. Instead, this takes place at the storage location level.

Centralized WM - Warehousing structure that is tightly integrated with other modules like IM,MM,SD,and QI.In this type of stucture full functionality of WM can be used like TO's, Deliveries etc.,

Decentralized WM - This is a standalone Warehousing structure which can be integrated with any ERP using EDI and IDOCs .

Hope this will give you some idea.

Pls reward me if you are satisfied with my explanation..

Regards

Krishna
