Rebate settlement - Incorrect results

I made a Rebate settlement but got incorrect results.

The reason for an incorrect final rebate settlement could, for example, be incorrect statistics values.

Check the billing documents and see if any of them was posted after rebate claim has been settled.

If a billing document is posted to a period that has already been settled, this is not taken into account in settlement.

If a final rebate settlement delivers incorrect results , this can only be corrected manually after the credit memo requests are billed.

thanks for your replies.

kamesh, you are right. the user posted last billing document after rebate settlement was settled. hence this amount was not showing in rebate settlement.

It's a material rebate.

As per rebate agreement, customer reached volume sales of $ 30000 and end user want to settle customer rebate.

Customer should get rebate of $ 600 i.e. rebate is 2 % but he is getting $ 560.

Ticket was issued to check the discrepancy.

I checked billing documents and everything seems to be right.

as you are doing material rebate , and if the customer reaches the Rs. 30000 he should get 2% but he is getting Rs560 . as the end user has to give to customer,

1st of all in VBo2,(change rebate agreement) , maintain scales

secondly for material rebate condition type (BO03) , maintain in percentages .and not in values

in s rebate conditon record maintain scales as

upto perecentage

30000 2%

40000 3%

I hope in this way your problem can be solved
