Hello,
I have SAP Solution Manager with working SAPOSS and SAP Router connection (to SAPSERV3) and need support from SAP.
Therefore I created the SAP Message, opened the system and created the appropriated user
Unfortunately it is not possible to log in to the SAP system.
My question:
How can the SAP R/3 Support connection could be established and tested?

Hello Thom,
You need to create to provide the R/3 connection to SAP.
You can find this on sap marketplace. Click on open connection, select your SID, and click the R/3 connection.
If you are working on windows based server system then open the WTS connection where SAP GUI also installed. Hence on safer side you can open the 2 connection to SAP.
Also provide the id and p/w for WTS (windows terminal system).

Whether SAP wants to connect to your Solution Manager System or to the Satelliete systems?
Whether you have opened the R3 Support Type connection from www.service.sap.com->Help & Support -Connect to SAP->Manitain Connection?
What error you are getting while trying to establish the connection?
