Sql 2005 Installation error in Windows 2003 R2 64 ...

Hi

We are having Windows 2003 R2 64 Bit and We are trying to install Sql 2005 in this Box. But we are unable to procceed the installation and in the Command prompt still was running without any errors.

Also we have disabled Antivirus and Dot net frame work installed prior to the Sql 2005. We are trying in past 2 days we dont have any clue what could be a error message.

Please suggest how do i proceed on this ?
