Transactions are compiling even after running SGEN

We have ECC6 on HP_UX 11 and Oracle.

We have already run SGEN in our system and even after that the transactions are compiling.Also we have genrated the loads for invalidated objects too,still few transactions are compiling.

ABAP buffers have also been increased

Does anyne have a clue what can be looked at?

Hi,

do you have Application Servers with different Processor Architektures? 32 vs 64bit?

No I don't.

We'll try to add more abap buffer. We'll see if it will fix it.

Do you have this behavior with specific transactions? Have you tried other tools as described in the SAP note 162991?
