HI All

We using SAP R/3 , one end user using sap front end 7.10 . Now the problem is if the user enter the data in sap first time . then the next time he user the space bar on his keyboard . after that he will get the old entered data come automatically . Using this option users enterd data quickly . But for one user this option were not working . Kindly advice me to resolv this problem .

Hi,

Just login to any SAP system in which you want to get the last enter word by pressing space bar.. In the main screen click on the customize local layout icon or press (Alt+F12). -> Options->Local date (tab page) ->ON (history) and click on Apply and Ok.

This data are stored in file SAPHistory"username".mdb on local PC usually under

drive:\Documents and Settings\"username"\SapWorkDir folder. Chek if this user able to write,read in this directory. Also chek in sapgui --> servers --> select the server --> change item --> advanced --> connection speed

(if low speed coonection are select, unselect it). Regards. As I have noticed points you do not give for helps...
