If you were german you would know the meaning of abbreviation S A P ...

the best is fresh reboot your system.

In fact, you need to check so many things in regard to performance problem.

- CPU & Memory utilization

- Database (indexing / Statistics, etc)

- Work processes / batch job

- Network

- etc...
