Hi

We have a different scenario, for one co code 0302 which was few months back deactivative i mean not poductive anymore..

but now we have some open rebate agreements in this sales org 0302 which we now wanted to close them?

We tried it doing final settlement with zero amount but as the co code not active its not posting?

Anyways to do this?

hi shaan

change the validity periods , make it in the past. For those open rebate agreements for the customers.automatically all the open rebate agreements will be closed and do automatic settlement .

so on pro data basis system will calculate and accrue that amount . to the customers

To process rebate agreements, the following prerequisite conditions should be met:

- The sales organization in which you are processing sales orders must be relevant for rebate processing.

- The payer must be relevant for rebate processing.

- The billing type (invoice, credit memo, and so on) you are using must be relevant for rebate processing.

Since you have deactivated the company, all the above requisite conditions are not fulfilled and hence you are not in a position to do rebate processing.

Rebate agrements are already accrued with some values..

bcz previous billing documents were alredy updated with rebate conditions..

now we wanted to close these rebate agreements...

already offset the credits to customer manually using a manual FI JV.
