Project Updation

Dear PS Gurus,

We want to migrate PS jobs from legacy system to SAP PS. We have following queries -

1) In our case the project definition and first level wbs element is already created via interface. Now we require to add more wbs elements below the first level wbs element. But we are not able to do it via lsmw due to complex data. Also we are not clear how the BDC can be created as it consists of data updation in fields coming in multiple screens.

2) We have created a check for non release of project via user status at project definition and wbs element. But it is not reflecting in jobs created via interface despite of changing the project profile for the same. How can i update the settings for the data migrated jobs ?

for creating wbs under existing project u cna use thsi bapi

BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN

and u can crete complete project
