Excel Download problem in IDP

Hello All,

I am working on SCM5.0.

In Interactive Demand Planning, as a first step I am switching view to Pivot sorting.

After that I am unable to download the file to Excel in correct format.

Has anybody came across such problem.

Please help.

Note : Our SCM Support pack level is 10.

do you mean you can download into excel without the pivot sorting?

Yes......I am able to download the data in standard format into Excel correctly but not in Pivot sorting mode.
