URGENT:Matching Purchasing with Shipping and sales

In a plain vanilla SAP world is there a way to tie shipping, deliveries and sales with the purchasing tables?

This is possible in 2Step STO scenario where you will create the STO in Purchasing, Create Delivery and Create Billing Document.
