Exception when sending Email

HI

I am trying to send email from java WebDynpro. When i trigger the button; its giving the following exception

Sending failed; nested exception is: javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: 192.XXX..XX,XX port: 25; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

i imported mail.jar to this application and i followed few SDN blogs.

What could be the problem?
