The first day some work processes were stopped during this RSRZLLG0 retried attempts and production server was hanged and i had to restart it.

This is the log of 2nd day. Work processes were not died but i can see this entry again.

I followed the steps mentioned in sapnote 16201 as well but the things are the same.

At the same time i can see something in dev_ms as:

The services urlprefix and logon_groups were not activated and i have activated in SICF.

I dont know are these 2 seperate problems but i felt may be they have some link to each other.

Can anyone explain me what to do.

Thanks

Anth.

according to sapnote 113440 "By default, a logon group called 'SPACE' is created in program RSRZLLG0" i cannot find space group. But in SMLG->go to-> system diag-> Message server status area. i can see two groups PUBLIC & SPACE. so i already created public group yesterday and i created space group today but i have assigned to same instance. I have only one central instance. is this right???

SPACE group exist even if its not in the list or assigned in SMLG... simply is a default logon group.

Read, following SAP Notes,

Note 959789 - Program RSRZLLG0 in runtime status 'disabled'

Note 1085946 - RSRZLLG0: Preventing status 'disabled'

can i make this program disabled or can i increase its timeout through SMLG->go to->system diag->cyclic system prog.-> double click the instance-> double click the program and then change??

Did you read the notes?

yes i read the notes. But before that i tried even to change the timeout and state but it always reset to the original as it is written in program sapmssy6. It means the problem can be some other.

As far as i know RSRZLLG0 is related to login load distribution so the two issues could be related indeed....

You can do a simple test, now that you activated the services in SICF change the operation mode manually and see if the problem persist in SM21.

Also check that theres no configuration alerts in RZ03

yes i checked the rz03, there are no configuration alerts. secondly, i activated services in SICF and HTTP timeout from 60 to 3600 seconds (smicm) with restarted smicm yesterday. So after this activity i did the operation mode is switched 2 times as scheduled and this is the fresh log.

Any suggestions....

Thanks
