How to use Development Components without NWDI

Hey genuis:

I have build a general function for our upload data maintain, and I really want to have it as a component. I think this should be easier to mainitain this function if I make any change in it.

I search for Development components, and the article shows that DC has high dependence with NWDI.

Is there any other way to achieve this goal? If there is any other way besides DC, please let me know.

Also, I would like to know how to build and use DC without having NWDI (Our company doesn't have that).

HI,

You can create a local development component. i.e. local DC.

But when you will convert your project into local DC then.

1. If anybody wants to access it then only way is through your PC.

but i think it will soleve your problem. To create Local DC

go to window ->prefernces-> development infrastructure perspective.

there you will be able to see local development

write click on it and say create a new DC
