Hi,
I have DEV, QAS, PRD XI systems >=SPS 13 stack level.
DEV is domain controller i used this document to configure the CTS+
[How to Transport Repository and Directory Content Using CTS+ |https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/80bbbd55-5004-2a10-f181-8bb096923cb6]
and i have exported an IR object to file from DEV, i want to transport it to QAS
so i have created transport request and assigned the exported file to it , released the transport request
but when i tried to import it into QAS it is failed and giving the following message
"Deploy for XIR
Deploy File = XI3_0_TEST_PROJECT_SWC_6.0_of_testproject.com_2.tpz
Start of Web Service Log

Hi Sherif,
Procedure
...
1. Consider in advance which systems are to be involved in your transport landscape for the transport of objects from SAP NetWeaver XI. A basic configuration is necessary for all these systems to be able to operate CTS with SAP NetWeaver XI tools.
2. You must configure source and target systems to automate the transfer of objects from SAP NetWeaver XI to CTS in source system export and to be able to control the import of objects into target systems using CTS.
3. To execute transports, use SAP NetWeaver XI tools for exporting objects in a transport request for CTS and CTS tools for performing transports.

the log from check transport tools is ok there is no errors
In QAS system,
check if logon group PUBLIC exists with a server.
DeployProxy exists in the Available web services.
CTSDEPLOY RFC Destination works.
In logical port definition, CO_TFLDEPLOY_PROXY_VI_DOC proxy class has CTSDEPLOY as default port.
Make sure you Activate the logical port.
Check if CTS_BROWSER service is activated (SICF).
