Problem in printing multiple records in Script Forms

Hi Friends,

One issue in Form printing.

I am getting some records from table and displaying those records in form.

when records are more footer is over writing these records. how can i solve this problem.

plz help.

Hi,

1.If you are printing multiple records in main window,

it is better.If you are using other window ,it can not extend to other window if records are more.

2.The problem is alignment of the Main window and footer window.So check in the form painter first and align.

if i design footer at bottem of page blank space is displaying between records and footer. but i want to display footer immediately after records.

Hi Vidya,

Use a Table

In the main area, print your line items

in the footer of the table put your footer data.

This way it will always print immedately after the table ends.

Footer should contain A Line after the all records and Under that line two more text lines are there. plz tell confirm me is it possible in print program?

Yes it is possible

It is possible in many ways

If you use a Table.

Put that extra line as an empty row in the footer

with an empty text element

You can then put youor 2 lines after that empty row in

the same footer
