Hi,
How do I restrict the 'Order cancelling' option in any service order in the transaction CRMD_ORDER in a CRM system?
Is it posssible to control the access of 'Order cancellation' ?

How do I find the relevant authorization object ?
Switch on the trace (ST01) and perform the steps to cancel an order. Stop at the step at which you cancel the order and see the trace to find the authorizatin object.
You find the Authorisation object to control the 'Order Cancellation'.
