Hello,
We're getting this error: "RFC _ ERROR _ LOGON _ FAILURE: System received an expired SSO" when accesing ESS content in portal. But the problem happens just with one user, it's ok with the others.
Please, what could be the problem?
Thanks a lot
Isabel
Hi Isabel,
Did u resolve it??
We faced this same issue after configuring ESS/MSS business package. To resolve this we increase the Validity Period of Logon Tickets which is explained on help.sap.com.

Hi,
Please make sure that server timimg on BW and portal server is in sink because maximum time error of expired SSo ticket comes because of this reason only.
Hope this will resove your problem.

Hello Isabel,
Refer to SAP note: 1130191. It contains the solution.

This is because it is re-using JCos with a cached saplogonticket. You need to set the 'validate connection' property on the system connection.
