CAPP - Restriction of employee personnel numbers

Hi Friends,

Basically i am PS consultant and we dont have fill fledged HR module as we use only perosnnel numbers as HR master data.

Is there a way to restrict the employee personnel numbers whil executing / selection the same in T.Code:CAPP

when we select personnel numbers through CAPP, there are many employee personnel number appears where some are not of use i.e they left the company and retired etc

Is there a way to restrict the number which are active?

I know we can do that with Employee group, employee subgroup but how to activate the same as when we create the personnel numbers through PA30 we see both the above fields are greyed out.

Could you please explain how to do that?
