When I am using http://servername:8000/sap/admin,It pops up a window for ICM Admin username/password.
I tried the password which i used at installation ,but it didn't work and user as Administrator or Admin

As I told you before, it won't work until you configure it.
You have to do your homework : read the documentation, understand it and implement it...
When I am going in SAP mmc ,It is showing ICM,After clicking on it it is Asking username password,What is the default username ,Is the password work which I used at the time of installation
Hi there is no default user password unless you have defined one in the profile files.
You should look in transaction SMICM more than in the MMC...

If I decode well what you mean : you need to configure the ICM, the internal ITS and webgui.
Don't ask for a detailed steps by steps procedure : this is all in the standard documentation...
