We were on BW 3.5 and upgraded to BI 7.0.
We have profit center and cost center security based on the hierachy and created via an ODS load.
Query execution is also secured by info area and query name. It is working as expected; however, we run into a "glitch" or potential bug once we deactivate the hierarchy display on the report. Once we attempt to deactivate the hierarchy from the property settings, we get a no authorized message (even though the user can execute the query and see all the authorized profit centers with hierarchy).
This issue began once we upgraded to BI 7.0.
Has anyone enountered this error? I have searched OSS but there does not appear to be any relevant notes.
