column "statistical value" in "define price by item category"

Hello Gurus,

there is a column "statistical value" in "define price by item category", what is this column used for ? thanks very much!

hi,

an item cat marked as statistical tells whether it will be included in the document value calculation. Do not mix this pricing procedure STATISTICAL check box. In pricing procedure it works based on the condition type, The one on item cat is specific to that item cat.

Here, you define the item categories for which pricing should be carried out and whether the item value should be taken into account when determining the total value of a sales document.

Hi

If you mark the condition type statistical - then it wll not have any impact on calculation of the Net Value in the sales order. They are displayed only for information purpose.
