There are none.

SAP provides example reports only, such as inspection results, (QGA3).

They expect you to develop your own sapscript layouts for these.

You might find some usuable reports from QMIS system. You'll find all these under QM-->Quality Control.

You can create your own reports based on the QMIS structures using MCX1 - Flexible analysis evalution - create
