Changing folder structure of blueprint
We had created a business process structure in Solar01 for blueprinting.
Some documents have been uploaded and in various statuses. Now we we want to insert a new process inbetween.The issue is that in case we insert a new process, the documents in the tab reflect that of the process previously in that place.

Problem is that the documents seen in A are that of 2.
Any pointers for this issue?

Exactly how did you insert the new process A?
By your description, I suspect that it was inserted by renaming already existing folders: 2 got renamed to A, 3 got renamed to 2 and so on.
The correct way to do it would be by adding a new folder as the last entry in the "Structure" tab, highlight it and move it into the proper position using the arrow buttons. By doing this, the documents should remain as they are.
